Requesting a Loan

By submitting a loan request form to eMortgageHow.com (henceforth EMH), you grant permission for EMH to supply your information to a maximum of four lenders. While credit checks are not performed by EMH, you may receive up to four phone calls from lenders. At that point, more information may be requested. Furthermore, during these phone calls lenders will ask you for verbal permission to check your credit.

Terms Related to all Loan Request Services

eMortgageHow.com is not a lender. We do not make loan- or credit-associated decisions, and therefore cannot affect loan approval. Furthermore, we are unable to guarantee loan approval, regardless of the lender or loan-related product. EMH does not endorse or recommend any specific products that may be offered by any of the lenders we share your information with. Please understand that it is your responsibility to decide what loan product will be the most beneficial to you. If you choose to do business with a lender who has contacted you through EMH, they are solely responsible for any services they may offer or advice they suggest. additionally, by accessing our site and/or utilizing our services, you hereby recognize and agree that, hould you incur any costs/damages while doing business through lenders with whom we've shared your information, EMH is in no way liable. You must also understand that even if you do not qualify for a loan, the lender(s) we share your information with may retain your loan request form.

The EMH website, including all contents and services provided herein, are available only with cases involving real property in the fifty states and Washington, D.C. Real property must be located in states where participants are certified to handle mortgage lending business. Loans will only be made on these properties.

You will not be charged for using the services that eMortgageHow.com provides. We are paid a fee by the lenders involved for the services we provide. You agree to the EMH/Lender compensation arrangement by utilizing our services and website.

However, once you submit your online request, it may not be retracted. You will be contacted as a result of submitting a request, even if you are on a do not call list.
